If you need to make a contact, you will be offered a member service number, a special e-mail address and a fax number that goes directly to member services.

As detailed in the Service Agreement, you must make sure that your membership and “correction fees” are paid as agreed and act as a conduit (as you receive information forward it promptly) to keep the wheels of progress moving.
